Chocolate Treats — Fir & Mint Filled Chocolate Thins

Know those mint chocolates you love enjoying after dinner? Here’s our Boréal-inspired version.🌲

I’ve always loved the combination of chocolate and mint, but we wanted to give it a personality of its own.

Our fir and mint chocolate thins are inspired by that familiar classic, with a touch of balsam fir that immediately brings our northern world to mind.

What makes them especially interesting is how delicate they are. Beneath a thin chocolate shell is a lightly minty filling, complemented by the aromatic character of balsam fir.

They’re also one of those products that bring back memories, something that means a lot to me because food can connect us to the memories of an entire generation. Like our pecan chocolates inspired byTurtles, our creamy Easter eggs, or our old-fashioned hard candies, these thins bridge the gap between a familiar treat and our own way of reimagining it.

A little treat that deserves a place in your assortment.

I suggest introducing them to your customers asour Boréal-inspired take on After Eight-style mint chocolates.Referring to a treat people already know and enjoy makes discovering a more unusual flavour like balsam fir feel much more approachable.

Their delicate format and transparent purple pouch work beautifully in gourmet boutiques and hotel minibars.

Keep them in stock: a treat that brings back a fond memory can quickly become a new ritual.
