Preparation Times

Your order is processed once the following conditions are met:

• Fully paid
• Final visual approved (for custom orders)

Our approximate preparation times are as follows:

• 5 business days (regular orders)
• 10 business days (custom orders, large orders, or orders placed during peak season)

Our delivery fees for Quebec & Ontario are as follows (excluding remote areas like the Magdalen Islands, the North, etc.):

• 0-150$ = 33$
• 150-500$ = 18$
• 500$+ = free
