Chocolat boréal is a Nordic-influenced chocolate factory whose mission is to make good chocolate accessible.
Chef chocolatier Ludovic Fresse has made this his motto: everyday life becomes tasty when served with chocolate, so why wait for special occasions?
By founding Chocolat boréal in 2017, he decided to offer a whole new experience to gourmets: chocolate with boreal flavors delivered to the home or office.
In a short time, the points of sale multiply. Lufa farms, au Pain Doré, Ricardo and your favorite local shops adopt this brand identity because it corresponds to their values of local and eco-responsible sourcing.
All of the chocolates are produced from a manufacturing workshop located in Montreal which also offers solutions to businesses through customization processes.
