I truly believe the best marshmallow is homemade and coated in a thin layer of exceptional chocolate. It’s the contrast between the delicate snap and the soft centre that makes all the difference.
For our raspberry version, we use raspberry purée and finish it with a touch of freeze-dried raspberry powder. What I especially love is the balance between the fruit’s freshness and the richness of dark chocolate: neither overpowers the other.
Our secret? A coating thin enough to preserve the marshmallow’s soft, airy centre while offering a delicate snap with every bite.
It’s one of our best sellers and a product we regularly offer for tasting at our factory store. We know that once customers try it, they’ll want to come back for more.
