The viral Dubai chocolate bar, reimagined our way.💚
When Dubai chocolate started taking the world by storm, we wanted to create our own interpretation. Not to reproduce exactly what we were seeing everywhere, but to bring our perspective as chocolatiers to the trend.
At the heart of our milk chocolate bar is a generous pistachio cream filling. The kataifi — fine strands of pastry used in Lebanese desserts, among others — is toasted and addedon the outside as a finishing touch. Keeping the two separate creates a contrast I love: smooth pistachio cream, creamy milk chocolate, and crispy kataifi in every bite.
We also chose to bring the colourful patterns associated with the trend onto the packaging rather than the chocolate itself. The result is a more understated bar that puts the ingredients and textures centre stage.
It follows the same idea as our Dubai-inspired chocolate bonbon, now in an 85 g bar: an indulgent, refined creation offered at an accessible retail price.
For your boutique, it’s a lovely way to offer customers a flavour they may already have discovered on social media while introducing them toChocolat Boréal’s own interpretation.
A generous assortment is an invitation to come back.
At Chocolat Boréal, we believe variety and abundance are part of the shopping experience. A well-stocked display encourages customers to discover several creations, enjoy a little variety, and return for their favourites.
Keep this bar in your assortment and reorder before running out: every customer who comes back for a favourite is an opportunity to build lasting loyalty.
For over twenty years, Ludovic Fresse has been an independant master chocolatier.
With his wife Florence, they started Chocolat Boréal in 2017, as a small business engaged in its community, with values that would represent them and that would make their children, Édouard and Claire, proud.
The aim of Chocolat Boréal is to transmit the passion and know-how of fine chocolate making to future generations, while having the smallest environmental impact possible.
