We originally created this bar for Valentine’s Day: dark chocolate filled with passion fruit caramel, with a design inspired by love and passion.
But once Valentine’s Day was over, customers kept asking for it. And I completely understand why!
Dark chocolate and passion fruit caramel are a combination I love. The sweetness of caramel meets the lively fruitiness of passion fruit, while dark chocolate balances everything beautifully.
It’s indulgent, surprising, and genuinely hard to forget after the first bite.
So we decided to keep it year-round, romantic design and all. Because really, why should we wait until February 14 to give chocolate to someone we love? Or simply treat ourselves?

With his wife Florence, they started Chocolat Boréal in 2017, as a small business engaged in its community, with values that would represent them and that would make their children, Édouard and Claire, proud.
