This is one of my favourites, and texture has a lot to do with it.
Beneath its milk chocolate shell is an almond praline with crispy feuilletine. You get the indulgence of traditional praline, with that littlecrunch that makes the bite even more satisfying.
I especially love the contrast between the smooth filling and the crispy pieces. It’s the kind of chocolate you remember as much for its texture as for its flavour.
