 The St. Lawrence is such a familiar part of our landscape that we sometimes forget just how impressive it is. It runs through our territory, accompanies our cities and villages, and holds an important place in Québec’s history.

To pay tribute to it, we created a dark chocolate bar with fleur de sel. I love this combination because the salt doesn’t try to take over. Instead, it brings out the chocolate’s flavours and makes each bite linger a little longer.

On the packaging, our vintage-inspired collage evokes the river as a travel keepsake. It’s a way to celebrate this iconic landscape while giving the bar the charm of a delicious little postcard.
