Sugaring Season — Milk Chocolate Bar with Maple Sugar Flakes

Milk chocolate, real maple sugar, and a sudden urge to visit a sugar shack. 🍁

I can think of few flavours as comforting as maple. It reminds me of leisurely breakfasts, traditional sugar shack meals, and the little treats we bring home while promising ourselves we’ll make them last.

For this bar, we chose to let the ingredients speak for themselves: a milk chocolate base generously topped with maple sugar flakes.

I love the contrast between the smooth chocolate and the little bursts of maple sugar. It’s a simple combination, but one that makes you want another piece.

Its sugar shack-inspired packaging also makes it a lovely gourmet souvenir to give or bring home from a visit to Québec.

For your boutique, it fits naturally into a sugar shack’s assortment during sugaring season, as well as gift shops and tourist destinations throughout the year. After all, Quebecers don’t wait until spring to enjoy maple!

A generous assortment is an invitation to come back.

At Chocolat Boréal, we believe variety is part of the shopping experience. Display all threeSugaring Season bars together so customers can discover different ways to enjoy maple.

Plan your quantities for sugaring season and keep a few maple treats in your assortment throughout the year: the pleasure of maple doesn’t end when the sap stops flowing!
