Our former landlord imported fresh herbs from Morocco. He regularly brought us beautiful bouquets of mint, and I’ve always associated that generosity with the fragrance of fresh mint.
Beneath the white chocolate dome is a flowing mint caramel. The sweetness of white chocolate lets the refreshing filling shine, while the green finish with white speckles offers a subtle hint of what’s inside.
