Grand Cru — 85% Dark Chocolate Bar with Cocoa Nibs

One of my personal favourites. And if you love bold dark chocolate, I think you’ll understand why.

I love intense dark chocolate, but I enjoy it even more when texture adds something special to the tasting experience.

For this Grand Cru bar, we paired 85% dark chocolate with cocoa nibs, those little pieces of cocoa beans that bring a wonderfully satisfying crunch.

What I love is that everything stays within the world of cocoa. No caramel, fruit, or spices needed: the chocolate melts, the nibs crunch, and the two complement each other beautifully.

It’s a bar with plenty of character, and one I especially recommend to lovers of bold dark chocolate. The kind of treat you take a small piece of to savour properly… then reach for another because it was so good.

Its engraving- and printmaking-inspired packaging reflects the elegance of our Grand Cru collection.

For your boutique, it offers a different texture from classic dark chocolate bars and makes a lovely discovery for customers looking for greater intensity.

A collection made for tasting and discovery.

Display the Grand Cru bars together so customers can compare cocoa percentages, origins, and textures. It’s a lovely way to encourage them to explore several chocolates and return for their favourites.
